Hybrid practice lab (workshops)
The Hybrid Practice Lab is a six-part workshop series in Berlin connecting artistic experimentation with the practical knowledge needed to build a sustainable music practice.
Across October 2026, musicians, educators and cultural practitioners lead sessions on music production, wellbeing, contemporary string techniques, Iranian new music, microtonality and the professional realities of freelance artistic work.
Each workshop combines practical learning, discussion and exchange, giving participants tools they can directly apply to their own artistic practice.

The Hybrid Practice Lab accompanies Borderless Creatures’ Hybrid Concert Series and creates a space for learning, experimentation and exchange beyond the stage.
The program particularly aims to strengthen access to knowledge, networks and professional resources for FLINTA*, migrant and emerging artists, while welcoming musicians and creative practitioners from different backgrounds.
