Embodied Sound Performance

  • Spree Studios 4 Köpenicker Chaussee Berlin, BE, 10317 Germany (map)

An intimate evening sound ritual weaving together live electronics, warm vocals, and gentle breath work guidance to invite deep relaxation. A one time, fully immersive experience by gal greenberg and duos duet.

As night settles over the Spree, the studio turns into a calm space overlooking the water. In this quiet hour, a ritual performance takes shape. A shared journey of sound, movement, and presence.

The performance blends live electronic soundscapes, warm acoustic textures, improvised vocals, and responsive movement. It creates a conversation not only between the three artists on stage, but also between cultures, histories, and everyone gathered in the room.

The space will be set up with soft mattresses, bolsters, and blankets so you can lie down, relax, and let your body settle. Herbal tea and small treats will accompany the evening.

The performance grows out of the atmosphere in the room and the shared breath of the audience. It happens once, then disappears, held only in memory.

Gal Greenberg is a multidisciplinary artist, vocalist and composer from Israel, currently based in Berlin. Her work merges music, performance and sensory ritual, blending live vocals, electronic textures and emotional presence into immersive, intimate experiences. Known for her distinctive voice and deeply expressive delivery, Gal shapes sound as both an artistic language and an energetic field.

She has built a growing international live presence, performing across Europe at venues including Breaking Sound Berlin, Sofar Sounds London and independent stages in multiple cities. Her collaboration “Tomorrow” with producer Omer Moses — surpassing 700K streams and featured in DJ sets at Tomorrowland and major festivals in Brazil — marked her expanding global reach.

Gal’s artistic world bridges indie pop, electronic soundscapes and neo-soul influences, creating a cinematic atmosphere that invites audiences into spaces of vulnerability, resonance and collective connection.

Duos Duet began in 2017, when violinist/violist Niki Yaghmaee and cellist Golsana Shenasaei joined forces to bring their shared musical vision to life. At the time, both musicians were actively performing in various orchestras and working with contemporary and classical ensembles. Despite their commitments to these formal settings, they felt a strong pull toward a more personal and experimental form of expression.

This desire led them to begin busking in the streets of Tehran, where they could connect directly with the public, challenge the boundaries of their sound, and develop their artistic voice as a duo. Their journey soon expanded beyond Tehran, taking them to Tbilisi, Istanbul, Izmir, and Berlin, where they continued exploring new audiences and collaborating with international musicians, dancers, and visual artists.

Their music blends cinematic, classical world-crossover, and experimental elements. Drawing on their classical training and the deep influence of their Iranian roots, they incorporate looping and computer-programmed textures to create immersive, dark, atmospheric soundscapes. The result is a distinctive musical language known for its emotional depth and resonant storytelling.
